Lucy, an ever complaining and somewhat motivationally challenged secretary in the Department of Instruments and Measurements (DIM), is fed up other office workers surreptitiously borrowing her precious office supplies such as her coveted three hole punch. With her charming but slightly luminous deficient friend Cindy, Lucy sets out to catch the culprits, all the while Dick, her manager, pursues his interest in butterflies.
